Is it possible for a customer to pay using American Express using the payment link?

The Online Payments feature accepts the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Apple Pay. It's also important to note that all funds are processed in Canadian dollars. As a workaround, I suggest checking out PayPal integration or other Payment processing apps on our app store. These payment apps can be integrated with QBO using third-party apps which you can find on our site http://www.apps.com. Once you're on the site, you can enter the name of the payment app you're using or would like to use and hit search in order to see the results.

If you run a service business, you can use a proposal management app to integrate with QBO and accept Amex payments. You can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (Domestic), JCB, UnionPay, and Pre-Authorized Debit.
