Question

Is there a way to see a copy of emails that have been sent or to confirm they have been sent. It shows it was sent but did not show up in my inbox

I sent a reminder to a customer who had an invoice past due.  I copy myself on all emails.  It has not shown up in my inbox but QB show and email having been sent.  How do I confirm this?

Hi cjoyce-sparogrou,

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  QuickBooks Online provides reports for every area of your books, with customization options, so you can see what matters most.  I would be glad to help!

Initially, I suggest reviewing your Spam/Junk folders, to see if the email was redirected.   This can happen if your mail servers block emails from Intuit, or tags them as spam.  If you're able to locate the email sent to yourself, mark it as a 'safe sender'.  This will ensure future emails from Intuit will go directly to your in box.

To review a list of sent emails in QuickBooks Online, follow these steps;

1. Go to Sales, then Invoices

2. Use the ▼ dropdown menu to change the Status to Needs attention

3. Select the Date range

5. You'll see the list of all emails with a Delivery issue
