Is there an app that allows customer specific pricing? We have customers who use the same service but the pricing differs?

Thanks for reaching out to us here!  If you would like to have more options for customer specific pricing, in QuickBooks Online, I recommend submitting a suggestion to the Development Team.  

Although I cannot suggest a specific application that would benefit your business needs, you can review available options here.  

I also encourage you to review the QuickBooks Online Projects feature.  This is a dynamic feature that let's you track customer jobs effortlessly.  In addition, you can add project income, expenses, labour costs, and run project-specific reports from a single dashboard.
