My customer changed his address and he has 20 sub-customers. How do I automatically have all of the sub-customers address change?

It's important that all your transactions are entered correctly for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales and expenses so you can see the profit of your business. I can provide some information about editing customers.

There isn't the option to batch edit customers or sub-customers, so you would need to edit the address in each of the sub-customers to reflect the new one. I can see that this would be a feature that you'd like to be able to help manage your customers and sub-customers. I recommend that you put this suggestion in the Gear icon, then Feedback. These comments are considered by our developers when creating new features for future updates of QuickBooks Online.
