Need to access older timesheets, currently can only see last 2 years in quick books online. Is it possible to access older than 2 years.

QuickBooks Online provides the information you need to accomplish your payroll goals with ease.  I'd be happy to show you how to review your timesheet data!

Please be advised that only Administrators, group managers, and team members with “Manage my timesheets” permission (or all team members if “Allow team members to edit their past notes” is enabled) will have access to Timesheet Entries.

Here's how;

1. Open QuickBooks Time, then go to Time Entries and select Timesheets

2. Choose to view by Day, Week, Month, or Pay Period and Show past days 

3. Use the calendar icon to navigate to a specific date, or select the 

< > to change the date range.

4. To customize which columns are displayed, select the Gear ⚙ icon and select your preferred column types

Note; Only 6 columns can be displayed at a time. 

5. In the same menu, select Wrap text to expand the rows to make all text entries visible. Deselect Wrap text to return to compact view.

If you're not able to select the timesheet history beyond the two year date range, you may have used another app at that time, for which the entries would not be in QuickBooks Online.
