Need to migrate non profit with funds(projects) with existing balances from Sage 5o Canada to QB online. Projects do not transfer in migrations. What are my options?

Welcome to QuickBooks Community!  As you're already aware, there are some limitations to what can be converted from Sage 50 to QuickBooks Online.  For a smooth conversion, you'll need to use a third-party service, such as Dataswitcher.  To learn more about converting Sage 50 data to QuickBooks Online, click here.  I hope this helps!
