Question

Recently the name of the customer is no Longer inserted in the "Bank Accounts History". This is very recent (last 2 weeks). Can anyone help}?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the features you need when situations like this arise.  I'll be happy to provide more insight here!

 

Based on the information you've provided, I suggest taking a look at the audit log to see if an item has been edited, void or deleted.  To access the audit log, go to > Settings ⚙ > Audit log.  If it's been voided or deleted, you'll need to re-create the transaction.
