Question

When I try to edit a customer it says "Customer name already exists please choose a different name".Its an edit not a new customer

Im new to the app and havent tried the laptop yet but ill be using mtly phone mainly

Based on what you've shared above, I recommend double-checking to make sure the edits you're making such as the name, doesn't already exist on the account. You can check this by clicking on Sales > Customers and review the list of your customers to make sure there isn't a duplicate. In case this is a browser-display issue, I recommend clearing cache and cookies.  Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. If you're still having issues after verifying the info above, I recommend contacting our support team so they can take a closer look at the issue.
