Question

When I use the customer list on the app and click in a customer the back arrow to return to customer list does not appear.

I end up being stuck on the list of transactions for one customer and I have to close the app and reopen it to reaches customer list.

Welcome to Community!  It's great to hear that your keeping up with your work while on the go.  QuickBooks Online is a cloud based accounting software that allows you to work from anywhere at any time.  I'll be happy to provide some insight here!

 

With the QuickBooks Online app, there are some product limitations.  This would be why you're experiencing this type of behavior.  I recommend logging into your account from a web browser to gain full access to your account, so you can complete your tasks as soon as possible.
