I appreciate you joining us here in the Community. QuickBooks has many great features that can help make running your business easier. The ability to modify your products and services is a great feature to have. Here's how to edit the prices when you need to:

1. On the left navigation menu, click on "Sales"
2. Select "Products and Services"
3. Locate the product you wish to edit
4. Choose "Edit" under the Action column
5. Change the cost amount
6. Hit "Save and close"
