Where do I find my sent emails? They do not show up through the online version. Only on desktop

Hello colorforyou,

 

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides a few options for reviewing emails that you've sent.  I would be happy to help!

 

Here's how to view sent invoices;

 

1. Open Reports from the left menu

2. In the Search field, type and enter Invoice list

3. Choose your Report period

4. Click on Customize

5. Scroll down to the Filter section

6. Check the box to show Sent

7. Make any other selections as you see necessary

8. Hit Run report

 

You can also view sent invoices by following these steps;

 

1. From the left menu, choose Sales, then Customers

2. Select the customer from the list

3. Open the Transaction list to view the status

Note; You can also see the status for all invoices, rather than choosing a specific customer.  Just open the Invoices tab and select the desired Date.
