Why do your representatives hang up on your customers?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Your QuickBooks Online experience isn't what we'd expect for our customers.  In situations where a Customer Care team member appears to disconnect, there may have been an underlying cause.  We do our best to troubleshoot any issues on our end and call our customers back as soon as possible.  If you haven't received a call back, please don't hesitate to contact us using one of the methods below.  It's important that you're able to complete your QuickBooks goals as soon as possible and we'd love to help!

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
