Why doesn't some of my customers not show up on the App?!? Seems like a lot of customers are missing for no apparent reason. This is a new issue. I have used QB 25yrs

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  Welcome!  Missing data in the QuickBooks Online mobile app cause a negative impact on your day, when working while on the go. I would be glad to help!

If you haven't done so already, I suggest refreshing the app. If you experience the same outcome, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is to ensure it's up-to-date.
