Hi, I paid 200 dollars for Cengage ultimate for my college class, it includes and ebook for accountant 2018, My professor is telling me we need to download Quickbooks desktop to do homework for the class, and that the code comes with the book, but because I got the ebook with Cengage, they don't have a code to give me so I can use the quick book's software, so what am I supposed to? My professor says this is mandatory, so what I have to pay another 200 dollars to only use this for 15 weeks, and for fake businesses? Is there any way I can get this without having to pay more than the 1000+ dollars I already spent on the class?
Hi, I've been using Quickbooks in Singapore for almost two years now. Unfortunately when I started, I messed up my GST settings. Our company isn't eligible for GST (and wont be for some time). I know its not possible to change these settings anymore (so I always have to add 0% GST). However, is it possible to initiate a new quickbooks account and load all my previous data without the GST? Our QB is connected to our bank in singapore (I figure that might be important...) best,B
Hi, I've been using Quickbooks for 3 years but have only started using the banking options this year. I successfully connected with OCBC bank and was pretty happy reconciling quickbooks with my bank account. In the most recent "Update" from the banking tab, I noticed there was a large gap in quickbooks. It downloaded everything until August 5 and only continued downloading after August 14. That means, nothing was downloaded into Quickbooks from August 6 - August 13. I checked my bank account and indeed there was activity during that period. What could be the issue here? Anyone else in Singapore facing the same issue with OCBC bank?

Hey, Does anyone know how to generate a report for paid Bills with the Payment Date and Reference No. displayed in the column as well? I can't find any report that has this feature, and I have tried to customise the report, but couldn't get me the information that I need.
