Hi there yamassamba-cmavi,

Thanks for reaching out about your connection to another app. QuickBooks online is a great tool able to connect to various other services through third-party apps. I can point you in the right direction for help with this connection.

For help with this connection to Power BI, you would need to reach out to the support of the developer of the app making the connection, or Power BI itself if you've made the connection directly from their site. To find the contact information for support for an app taken from the Apps tab in QuickBooks Online, go to that tab in your account, then My Apps. Click on the app in question, then support details will be available for this app.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out here.

hello thanks for reaching out,

The main issue is about the data import, for some accounts  I'm able to get Current_balance right for others current_balance is set to 0, some accounts are even missing, the behavior is really weird.

it's the same behavior in any tables I pick , account, journal_entry etc, there's no logic. Why are some tables  imported correctly and not others. I have the admin permission.

I'm not interested in a third party app like CDATA is not free.
