Can I convert the quick books customer statement to excel?

The option to convert customer statements into Excel is unavailable. However, you can run the Statement List report to export it to Excel.

If you'll want to have a copy of the customer's statement, you can save it as a PDF file on your computer.

Here's how:

1. In the Statements transaction, click Print or Preview at the bottom.
2. Click the Print button.
3. Click the Change tab under the Destination section.
4. Choose Save as PDF.
5. Click Save.
