Hello, Michelle.

I'm jumping onto this thread to share some details about the customer statement function in QuickBooks.

Currently, QuickBooks Online lets you create and send customer statements manually. As for the recurring transactions, only the sales receipt, invoices, credit memo and other sales transactions can be used.

So for now, you'll want to manually create those customer statements in QuickBooks.

Though, you can visit the Apps page and look for an app that lets you automate your customer statements. Simply go to the Apps tab on the left navigation panel, then search for an app using the Search box.

I would also encourage you to send feedback to our developers. They might add an option to help you automate customer statements in the future. To send your suggestions, click on the Gear icon, then select Feedback
