Let me provide information about sending a statement through a mobile device in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Currently, the option to send a statement through a mobile device or app is unavailable. However, you can send a statement or do this in a browser on your phone by going to https://qbo.intuit.com. To make and view customer statements, follow the steps below:

 

Create a customer statement:

 

  1. Go to the Sales or Invoicing menu and click Customers.
  2. Select the checkboxes for the customer or customers you want to make statements for.
  3. In the Batch actions drop-down, choose Create Statements.
  4. In the Statement Type drop-down, click the type of statement you'd like to make.
  5. Fill in the date fields and select Apply.
  6. Hit SaveSave and CloseSave and Send, or Print or Preview.

 

To view customer statements:

 

  1. Go to the Sales or Invoicing menu and click All Sales.
  2. Select the Filter drop-down menu. Then, in the Type drop-down, choose Statements.
  3. Hit the Date drop-down, and which option you'd like to use.
  4. Click the Customer drop-down, then All, or the customer you'd like to see statements for.
