Yes, you can show the income statement accounts first on your trial balance and then the balance sheet accounts, adilam.

 

To show the income statement first and then the balance sheet accounts, you'll need to export the trial balance into Excel and reorder them from there since the option to this in QuickBooks is currently unavailable.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the Trial Balance report, click the Download icon drop-down.
  2. Choose Export to Excel.
  3. Open the Excel file and reorder the accounts from there.
