Can you change/customize the format of credit notes and customer statements (similar to invoice customization)?

I'm here to share some information about sales form customization.

Currently, we're unable to customize the appearance of credit notes and customer statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO). For now, we can only create custom templates for your invoices, sales receipts, and quotes.

Please know that there are plenty of third-party applications that can integrate and provide additional service to your QBO account. You'll want to consider visiting our QuickBooks App Center or search for an app online that best suits your business needs.
