Hi there. I have notice that I can only update balance sheet accounts when using Quickbooks for the first Time. Can you not import a full Trial Balance from PY

Let me share some clarification about the import feature in QuickBooks Online.

Currently, an option to import Trial Balance is unavailable in the system. The only workaround is to record your transactions manually.

There are specific data you can bring over to QuickBooks from other software. Please visit this article for more information: Import data from other software into QuickBooks Online.
