I have changed our invoice template and our bank details for the company and wonder why there is no way to change the bank details on a statement. Where is the statement picking up the bank details from?

I can help you change the bank details shown in your statement, Jane.

The bank details on your customer statements are from the Standard template you're using. To ensure they reflect the correct information, update the Standard template bank details.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Custom form styles.
  3. Select the Standard template and click Edit.
  4. Tap Add your EFT details in the Design tab.
  5. Enter the bank details in the dialogue box with your payment details.
  6. Hit Done.
