How do I create a statement for a client on the app.

Let me share some details on where you can get a Statement of Account in your client. 

 

Currently, this app isn't available on mobile. However, you can do this in a browser on your phone by going to https://qbo.intuit.com. Below I've included steps on how to create and view customer statements.

 

Here's how: 

  1. From the left menu bar, go to the Sales menu and select the Customers tab.
  2. Tick the checkboxes for the customer you want to create a statement.
  3. Click the Create Statement from the Actions drop-down.
  4. Choose the type of statement you want to make.
  5. Set the Statement DateStart Date, and End Date.
  6. Once done, click Apply to view the customer statement.
  7.  Lastly, hit Save.

 

If you make changes to a transaction on a statement, the statement will automatically update to match. 

 

To view current customer statements: 

  1. Go to the Sales or Invoicing menu and click All Sales.
  2. Select the Filter drop-down menu. Then, in the Type drop-down, choose Statements.
  3. Hit the date range from the Date drop-down.
  4. Click the Customer drop-down, then All, or the customer you'd like to see statements.

To delete a statement, open it and select the Delete option.
