How do I find correct bank charge items that are on my Statement but have not pulled through with the Bank update?

The data we receive in QuickBooks depends on the information sent to us by the financial institution. If the connection between QBO and the bank is interrupted, online banking issues like missing transactions can occur. We can fix this by manually updating the account to refresh the connection and fetch missing items. Here's how:

1. Navigate the Banking menu and choose Banking. 
2. Click to highlight the account you're updating, then hit the Update button.

If in case you still can't see them in QBO, we'll need to download the missing bank transaction manually from your bank's website and import them into QuickBooks using the WebConnect feature.

Once done, go back to the Banking tab to match and categorise your transactions.
