How do I upgrade to Quickbooks Advanced to access the Cashflow, workflow, Capital, Virtual Advisor and Smart Reporting?

For now, QuickBooks Online Advanced is only offered in the United States. You'll want to look for a third-party application that can do a smart reporting.
