Question

I cant seem to match my quickbooks services and categories to Proworkflow categories? When I import my invoice from Proworkflow to QB it randomly selects categories

I can share what I know about importing data in QuickBooks Online.

 

Since the data is coming from the third-party app, I recommend contacting the Proworkflow dedicated support team. One of them will be able to check the issue concerning the imported transactions.

Also, please make sure that the categories you're importing are available in QuickBooks for you to map the transactions.
