I have updated my company logo and it pulls through to all my documents except my management reports. These are showing the old logo. How do i correct this?

Hello there, @lindyf.

 

I'd be happy to help you make the company logo to be updated in your Management Reports in QuickBooks Online.

 

There are times that the data will be outdated and can cause odd behavior to the programs. Let's check if this is a browser-related issue by using an incognito browser. You may press Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome or Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge.

 

If the logo is now visible, you'll need to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete the junk files and improve your browsing experience. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers.

I can see that you've used an alternative browser already. If you've cleared the cache and you're still not able to see the updated logo in the management reports, I'd suggest contacting the QuickBooks Online Support Team. They have the tools to verify your account and check further what has caused this so that you can get back on track.

 

Here's how to contact them:

 

  1. Select the ? Help button, then enter "Speak to human" in the text box and hit the Enter key.
  2. Choose Contact Support Team.
  3. Enter your concern in the text box like, "Unable to see the updated company logo in the management reports."
  4. Select No, I still need help button.
  5. Click Get Contact Support Team.
  6. Choose Start a chat.
  7. Enter your details and confirm your request.
