Is anyone have trouble with nedbank getting daily statement ?

worked for the first 2 months then stoped .ned bank says they not doing anything and then it started working for a few days  but now it does not work at all for over a month

I'm here to help you get the most updated banking transactions in your QuickBooks Online. 

 

To get transactions updating again, you can try updating it manually. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Banking from the left menu.
  2. Select the Update button in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Wait until the update is done.

 

If you're getting the same result, you can sign in to your bank's website to check if there are any alerts or notifications that may block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions. Please refer to this link on how: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error.

 

In the meantime, you can upload the transactions manually to ensure the account is up-to-date. Download the data from your bank then map the transactions in the following supported formats or  file types:

  • Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
  • QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Quicken (QFX)
