My price rules option is not available in my qbo plus version. can someone please advise?

Yes, you right that Price rules feature is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO) in International version. I can see how this feature would be helpful for you and your business.

    Thank you for your response.

     

    This Is most unfortunate as I have been with QB for the last few years on a premier desktop package. I unfortunately have no choice but to cancel my online Subscription and revert back to desktop version.

     

    My business hinges on this price level option working.

     

    Is there a workaround or an addon that can resolve this, before I do my cancellation?

    We're always looking for ways we can make QBO better for all users, and thank you for sharing your idea in the Community. I can see how having a feature to automatically change an item's price under certain conditions in the program would be helpful. Rest assured that your feedback regarding price rules and level was shared with the appropriate department and team members.

     

    As for a workaround, you can create and define each specific item prices you charge or sell to your customers. For more information, I recommend the following article on how to add products and services, track the items you sell, as well as how to edit them: Mange Products and Services List.

    If you are a wholesaler, consider using an inventory management app with B2B portal and integrate it with your QBO.

      Thx but honestly its just silly to have to add an app to perform a basic accounting feature that's been available for 3 years in the US. I have no problems adding an app if I was doing something that was not ordinary for many businesses. So my question is WHEN, not what are the clunky alternatives.
