Sending out Bulk Invoices

It's a breeze to send out bulk invoices through QuickBooks Online (QBO) without using recurring invoices. Let me guide you through the steps.

1. Sign in to your QBO account.
2. Click Sales & Expenses from the left menu, then select Invoices.
3. Put a checkmark on the invoices you want to send.
4. Click the Batch actions drop-down, then choose Send.

Please know that the steps above are only applicable to already created invoices. If you haven't yet created the invoices, you'll need to create them one at a time. Then, follow the steps above to send them in bulk.
