I'm glad to help you enable the class and location field on the supplier ledger, satyendar.

Classes and locations won't show up on all reports in QuickBooks. If you're running the Supplier Balance Detail report, you can only see the Location column.

You need to enable the column on the report to see it. Let me show you how it's done.

1. Go to Reports from the left menu.
2. Find and open Supplier Balance Detail.
3. Click the Gear icon, then mark Location.
   
4. Click Run report.
   

You won't see the class column since the data pull up in this report is based on each transactions, not per line item.
