balance sheet report always shows wrong balance for a specific account, the details will show a diff. account when clicked for details. Happens only each first time.

This happens only for each time balance sheet is generated, the next time it will show correct balances. I check of chart of accounts structure, nothing unusual or in error. What is wrong with Balance sheet report format in QBO Plus?

I want to ensure you get the help you need when running a balance sheet report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

To be sure we're on the same page, I'd like to verify what's your basis about the wrong balance in the balance sheet report for a specific account. Did you mean that the balance in the Chart of account is different on what is showing on the report?  Any extra information is much appreciated.
