In QuickBooks Online, a standard user can view and print reports. To do so, the primary admin must give the standard user all access rights. For more details, please see this article: Manage User Roles in QuickBooks Online.

 

Here's how to add a standard user: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and then Manage users
  2. Click Add user.
  3. Select Standard user, then click Next.
  4. You can select AllLimited, or none.
  5. Choose Next.
  6. Select the user settings, then Next.
  7. Add the contact info and then click Save.
