Can I add a new user - with access to sales/expenses and view reports (no possibility to edit or modify any other information regarding the company information) ?

We can set the user access to Limited settings where they can only access the sales, expenses, and view reports only in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Then, choose No in the Do you want this user to add, edit, and remove users?, Do you want this user to edit company info? and Do you want this user to manage subscriptions? option. Here's how to set up limited access:

1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
2. Choose Manage users.
3. Tap Add user.
4. Select Standard user.
5. Hit Next.
6. In the How much access do you want this user to have? section, choose Limited for Customers and Suppliers.
7. Hit Next.
8. In the Select user settings, you can choose No in the Do you want this user to add, edit, and remove users?, Do you want this user to edit company info? and Do you want this user to manage subscriptions? option. 
9. Tap Next. Then, enter the What’s their contact info? detail.
10. Press Save.
