can I send my customer a statement or report showing the invoices that were converted for each estimate?

I want to be able to show my customer a report of the progressive invoicing. He wants to see what invoices applies to each estimate.

    Let me address your concern about sending your customer a statement or report that shows the invoices converted from each estimate, @greenfg17.

     

    At present, QuickBooks Online International does not offer a report that includes all the required details for progress invoicing as you've outlined. Because estimates are non-posting transactions, they do not appear in statements, which only show the invoices that are due.

     

    We encourage you to submit this as a feature request, as our engineers may consider it. Your feedback is valuable for improving QuickBooks Online, and this collaborative approach helps us develop more robust features that meet user needs.

     

    Here’s how to send feedback:

     

    1. Go to Settings. Located at the upper right corner of the screen.

    2. Select Feedback.

    3. Share your thoughts and suggestions.

    4. Hit Next.
