Can we find a report comparing an estimate with the actual invoices raised ? thks

Let me help you run the report you need in QuickBooks Online (QBO), dennis-chung-you.

We can run the Transaction List by Customer report and modify the transaction type to invoices and estimates. Here's how:

1. Go to Reports on the left menu. 
2. Enter Transaction List by Customer in the search field.
3. Click the Customize button.
4. Tick Filter.
5. Choose Transaction Type and select Estimates and Pledges.
6. Press Run report. 

To learn more about modifying reports, see the Customize reports in QuickBooks Online article. To save it with its current customisation settings, just memorise the report.
