Can you change the category name of "Employees" to another name?

For example, I want to create a database of students who subscribe to my services. They are effectively my customers. How do I do this?

Changing the category name of Employees to another name is unavailable. Since they effectively stand as your customer, you may consider adding them as a customer in your QuickBooks Online account. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to Sales on the left panel.
  2. Within the Customers tab, click New customer.
  3. In the Customer Information window, you can enter all the details of the student.
  4. Once done, click Save.
