Hi there, @umairaliebuy.

Thanks for visiting the Community today. I'm here to assist you with showing the transaction details of a profit and loss report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Normally, QBO will only display the total amounts for each account when pulling up reports. You'll want to click the amounts instead to show the transaction reports. Then, you can tap on the amounts again to show the entire transaction.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. In the search field, you can enter and click on Profit and Loss by Customer.
  3. If you wish to select a specific customer, select Customise, then click Filter.
  4. Select the drop-down arrow and choose the customer you wish to track in the Filter column.
  5. Choose Run report.
  6. Click the amounts to display the transaction report.
  7. Tap the amount again to show the details of the transactions.

For more information about the process, see this article: How can I track Profit and Loss by Customer?

If you're referring to something else, can you please provide us with some screenshots? This way, we can provide the best possible solution to help you with your concern.

In addition to this, you can focus on the details that matter the most to you when you pull up reports in QBO. If you wish to know more about this process, I'd recommend checking out this article: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please update me on what you find out in the report. It's our priority to ensure everything is taken care of. Just let me know if you have any other concerns by commenting below. Keep safe!
