We made a new cusom role named "Sales and Inventory" and added all sales access and inventory access. But We can't make "Inventory valuation Summary reports" and other inventory reports accessible.

We can include the Report access for your custom role, @BKim. I'm here to help you out.

The reason why you are unable to create an inventory valuation summary report is that it didn't include the Report access for the role.

To ensure you can create a report, let me show you how to do it:

  1. In the Manage Users page, select Roles.
  2. Choose the name of your role.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Select the Report tile.
  5. Tick the Sales and Customers.
  6. Click Save Role.

As always, feel free to continue posting questions in the Community if you have any questions or need further assistance with your roles in the program. The QuickBooks team and other users are always here to help and provide guidance.

Sorry, "Inventory valuatio summary reports" is not under the "Reports > Sales and Customers". It's under the "Reports > Inventory". And all the inventory reports are not allowed to "Tick" or "Add".
