cash flow projections doesn't work, it says " 404 Page not found!"

I can share some steps to fix the error you've experienced when accessing your cash flow projection in QuickBooks Online.

 

The error 404 happens when the page you're trying to reach cannot be found on the server. You may have a slow internet connection, or your browser stored too many internet files that cause unusual behavior like this. Ensure to check your internet connection if it's at the normal speed. If so, we can perform some browser troubleshooting steps to fix this.

 

Let's start by accessing your account using an incognito window. This sometimes fixes browser-related issues since it does not store or accumulate internet data. You can use these shortcut keys below:

 

  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome browser)
  • Press keys: Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browser)
  • Press keys: Command + Shift + N (Safari browser)

 

If you're able to view your cash flow projection, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to remove unwanted internet files. This helps the browser to function efficiently again. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers to further isolate if this is a browser-integrated issue.

Thank you Giovanni, but unfortunately it didn't work with incognito chrome browser (or the app): it show error 404. If I could have access as soon as possible to the "Cash Flow Planner", I would be particularly grateful to you.

Thanks for coming back to the QuickBooks Support page and sharing some updates about the troubleshooting, Fab.

 

 

Since the troubleshooting still gives you the error 404 alert, I highly recommend contacting our live support to report the issue. There isn't any reported issues about this, so they can create a ticket for you.

 

To contact us, follow these steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu in QuickBooks, then choose the Search tab.
  2. At the bottom click on Contact us.
  3. Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. On the next screen, scroll down to How would you like to connect with us section.
  5. Choose Chat option, make sure to enable pop-up windows. The chat box will appear at the bottom right section of your monitor, and an agent will be with you shortly after. See this:
