I'm here to make sure you'll be able to create customer statements in QuickBooks Online.

 

You can send a customer statement if the customers have outstanding balances or invoices that will soon be overdue. In QuickBooks, there are three different sorts of customer statements. You can create Balance Forward, Open Item, and Transaction Statements using the steps below.

 

Here's how:

 

1.    Select Sales from the left menu and choose Customers.
2.    Choose the customer you want to create a statement for.
3.    Click Create Statement from the Actions drop-down.
4.    Then, select the type of statement you want to create.
5.    Set the Statement DateStart Date, and End Date.
6.    Once done, click Apply to view the statement.
7.    Lastly, click Save.
