Currently we are facing two major issues with our system. 1. Attached journal entries are not reflecting in our trail balance 2. we are unable to get the trial balance

The issue you're experiencing about the Trial Balance could be browser-related. You can refresh your browser by clicking the Reload icon or pressing F5 on your keyboard. Once done, proceed with the steps below to resolve this unexpected behavior by logging in to your account in a private browser. See the shortcut keys:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If you're able to get the correct data in the Trial Balance, we can clear the cache of your regular browser. It removes any browser-related issues and refreshes your browser's settings. Also, you can use other compatible browsers.
