Customer detail statement

Hello there, Sale. I'm here to provide information about customizing customer statements in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

There are three types of customer statement forms you can use.

1. Balance Forward: Lists invoices and payments with outstanding balances for a specific date range.
2. Open Item: Lists all open, unpaid invoices from the last 365 days.
3. Transaction Statement: Lists all transactions for the selected date range.

Based on the information you've provided, the closest one to use is the Balance Forward since it displays the amount due to your customers. It's important to note that customer statements only show the values of your sales transactions and cannot be customized directly. If you need to change the dates of the transactions, you can manually edit them by opening them one by one.

Also, it isn't possible to show the details of goods in the statement. However, you can send your feedback to our product engineers by following these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Click Feedback.
3. Enter your request.
4. Hit Next.

Moreover, if you want the details on your goods in the statements, you can download them and edit them outside the program. Additionally, you can explore third-party applications that can do these functions.

Once you receive payment from your customers, you can now record them in QBO.
