Dear experts, anyone knows how can I get a report that shows a amounts effective received?

There are different reports that we can pull up to get the actual deposits you've received in the previous period, Mariela.

One of those reports is the Deposit Detail. We can customise it to see the associated accounts. Here's how to do it:

1. Go to Reports on the left menu and select Standard Reports.
2. Search "Deposit Detail" and click on the report.
3. Click Columns and mark the Distribution account.
4. Change the Report period.
5. Click the More actions button in the upper-right corner of the report.
6. Select Export to Excel or Export as CSV.

If you want to see deposits specific to an account, we can go to your Chart of Accounts and pull up a report from there. Here's how:

1. Go to Transactions on the left menu and choose Chart of Accounts.
2. Look for the bank you want to review.
3. Click the drop-down arrow next to View register.
4. Select Run report.
5. Change the Report period.

Once you have reviewed  your reports, you'll already know whether you need to add, edit, or delete a deposit to get the correct balances. It is also best to get the accounts reconciled so your reports will be accurate.
