Dear QuickBooks team, How can hide products cost for the employee on report and list product?

I'm here to ensure you're able to hide the cost of the products from your report and Sales menu. 

 

To start, let's run the Product/Service List report and uncheck the box next to cost to hide it. Here's how: 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. At the left panel, choose Reports.
  3. In the Find report by name field, search for Product/Service List report. 
  4. Click the Settings menu next to the Export icon.
  5. Under Change columns, uncheck the box next to Cost

Then, to hide the cost from the list of products, here's what to do: 

  1. Choose Sales from the left panel.
  2. Select the Products and Services tab.
  3. Click the Settings menu next to the Export icon.
  4. Uncheck the box next to Cost
