Do me a favor and in profit & loss first the sales balance than discount given but in my profit & loss first discount given than sales balance so how can i set that issue

I'll show you how to sort the data of the Profit and Loss report in QuickBooks Online, Adnan.

You can choose the arrangement of the data inside the report using the Sort button. Currently, your report is in the default order. You can select the arrangement based on the total amount of each item.

Here's how:

1. Open the Profit and Loss report.
2. Click the Sort dropdown arrow.
3. Choose the Total in descending order.
