Does any one have troubles with the export data tool? Financial reports show cero balances in all accounts

Thank you for dropping your concern here the community, @dennis-salas-gma. I can give you some idea how to resolve the exporting issue in QuickBooks Online.

 

Let's make sure that your excel is up to date and click the Enable Editing button at the upper right in the excel file. By doing so, you will be able to start editing the document.
