Does anyone know how to get sub-totals for several bank accounts in Quickbooks online? It is combined with my prepaids for total on Balance Sheet.

The option to filter banks and calculate their subtotals in the balance sheet is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This report will only show the total sum of all your bank accounts.

As a workaround, you can open again the report and export your files to Excel. Then, filter the bank accounts and get their sub-totals. Simply click the Export icon and select Export to Excel.
