Does anyone know how to print a customer summary report with the Tax/Vat included in the figures. My reports seem to be giving me figures minus the tax/vat

  1. From the main menu panel, go to Reports and enter Sales Details by Customer on the search panel section.
  2. Click on the Customise or Personalize icon.
  3. Under the Rows/Columns section, click on Expand display.
  4. Ensure specific columns are enabled like Amount including tax, VAT rate, and VAT amount
  5. Review all necessary changes. Then, click Run the report.
