I'd be glad to share information on how you can customise a report, liubov.paniush.

 

Generally, you can customise most of the reports in QuickBooks by clicking the Customise button in the upper-right hand corner. Then, go to each of this section to add filters or columns to the report: 

 

  • Filter section: Select which customers, accounts, suppliers, accounts, and products appear on the report.
  • General section: Change things like the accounting method, reporting period, and number format.
  • Rows/Columns section: Choose which rows and columns appear on the report.
  • Header/Footer section: Decide what appears in the header and footer.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to Reports menu at the left panel, then type report you want to pull up on the search bar.
  2. Click Customize on the upper right. Include all the details you need.

       3. Once done, click Run Report.
